Fight Agenda 21 from Tallahassee

Oil is the prize. Money, power, control are the tools. The American people are in the way. Agenda 21 is the plan.

Agenda 21 is the United Nations plan to inventory and control every aspect of human activity. Agenda 21 calls for the elimination of individual rights, private property and national sovereignty. The government will be controlled by the Elite. The United Nations will grant your rights so you will be controlled.

Sign this petition to protect our individual rights, private property and national sovereignty.

********************************************
The petition is from the AgEnders and is located on agenda21today.com

It is modeled after the Alabama Bill which passed and has been used successfully to eliminate the Baldwin Co comprehensive plan in favor of a new plan that will protect private property rights.

It was written by Henry Lamb, Don Casey and Ken Freeman.

It was edited by our attorney to make sure it was compliant with Florida law.

Henry and Tommy never gave up. They believed that freedom must be our destiny. Without such souls there would be no freedom. It is they who drag the rest of us toward the light of Freedom’s torch. They’ve done their part.

The freedom movement lost two courageous leaders this past month. Our movement is poorer for their passing, but our nation’s richer from their lives.

Southeast Florida’s seven counties join to draft 50-year plan for sustainable development

BY ANDRES VIGLUCCI
aviglucci@MiamiHerald.com

About 500 urban planners, civic figures, public officials and activists gathered in a historic Delray Beach schoolhouse Wednesday to launch a dauntingly ambitious -- and unprecedented -- undertaking: Mapping out a 50-year-plan for the sustainable growth of the seven Southeast Florida counties that stretch along the Atlantic from the Keys to Indian River.

The two-year effort, dubbed Seven50, is designed to produce a coordinated but voluntary action plan to address common, critical issues or needs such as population growth, suburban sprawl, transportation, economic development and environmental protection. The overarching goal is to secure the region’s economic future while improving its quality of life, organizers said.

“We get to pull the lens back far enough to have an opportunity to make the place more prosperous and a nicer place to live,’’ said nationally prominent Coral Gables-based planner Victor Dover, the project’s lead consultant.

Kerry slams ‘disgraceful’ climate denial

By Ben Geman - 06/19/12

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) on Tuesday said there’s a “calculated campaign of disinformation” on climate change that has stalled action on the issue and endangered the country.

“We are living through a story of disgraceful denial, back-pedaling and delay that has brought us perilously close to a climate change catastrophe,” Kerry said.

JOHN KERRY: GLOBAL WARMING SKEPTICS 'DISGRACEFUL'

by TONY LEE 20 Jun 2012breitbartLogo

In 2010, Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) tried to pass sweeping cap and trade legislation that dealt with climate change and failed. Now, Kerry’s throwing a fit.

On Tuesday, Kerry, according to The Hill, said there is a “calculated campaign of disinformation” on climate change and made a “a strong economic case for tackling climate change and boosting green energy” and argued for a “transformative moment in our politics.”

“We are living through a story of disgraceful denial, back-pedaling and delay that has brought us perilously close to a climate change catastrophe,” Kerry said, in comments picked up by The Hill.

ALABAMA TAKES A STAND AGAINST SOROS-BACKED ‘AGENDA 21’ #tcot

Posted on June 8, 2012 at 3:05pm by Becket Adams Becket Adams The Blaze

Although the U.N.’s George Soros-backed plan for “Sustainable Development” (also known as “Agenda 21”) seems to have gone largely unnoticed by many Americans, the shadowy, backdoor attack on personal property rights didn’t slip past the people of Alabama.

“Alabama recently passed Senate Bill 477 unanimously in both of its houses. The legislation bars the taking of private property in Alabama without due process,” Investor’s Business Daily reports.

The bill specifically states the following:

Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in or traceable to Agenda 21.

But let’s back up for a bit and talk more about “Agenda 21.” If you haven’t heard of it, you owe it to yourself to read up on it. Simply put, it’s an international initiative that overrides personal property rights all in the name of the environment and “sustainability.”

Schlafly: Defeat Law of the Sea Treaty–Again–#tcot

By Phyllis Schlafly May 16, 2012

The stunning repudiation of Sen. Richard Lugar's, R-Ind., bid for a seventh term has sent shock waves through Washington's internationalist lobby. A former Rhodes Scholar, Lugar has spent his career promoting a globalist agenda, since he succeeded the late Jesse Helms as the top Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

One day after Indiana Republicans handed Lugar his walking papers, an outfit called the Atlantic Council held a forum to promote the discredited Law of the Sea Treaty. As former Republican U.S. Sens. Chuck Hagel and John Warner beamed their approval, Obama's Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta declared that "the time has come" for the Senate to ratify the treaty.

Hagel, Warner and Lugar share an internationalist mindset. All three senators supported "comprehensive immigration reform" (aka amnesty) bills that failed to pass Congress in 2006 and 2007. In support of LOST, they are joined by former Republican Sen. Trent Lott, now a high-priced lobbyist who no longer answers to his former Mississippi constituents.

The UN Plan For Running The World: Global Carbon Taxes, Global Safety Nets And A One World Green Economy

Did you know that the UN has a plan for running the world and it is right out in the open?  It is called "sustainable development", but it is far more comprehensive than it sounds.  The truth is that the UN plan for running the world would dramatically alter nearly all forms of human activity.  A 204 page report on "sustainable development" entitled "Working Towards a Balanced and Inclusive Green Economy, A United Nations System-Wide Perspective" has been published in advance of the upcoming Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro.  You can read the full report right here.  It envisions a vast system of global carbon taxes, massive global safety nets and the implementation of a one world green economy.  Many of those that are pushing "sustainable development" on a global level believe that they are doing it for the good of the planet.  In fact, the 204 page report mentioned above even says that the transition "to a green economy requires a fundamental shift in the way we think and act" but that it will be worth it in the end.  What people need to understand is that throughout modern history tyranny has almost always been initially introduced by people that believed that they had "good intentions".  No matter how much friendly language the UN uses in their reports, the truth is that what they are promoting is an insidious agenda of absolute tyranny on a global scale.

The upcoming Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro comes 20 years after the original 1992 UN Earth Summit that adopted "Agenda 21".  This new summit will be about renewing that commitment to "sustainable development" and moving that agenda forward.

Get dollar-pollution out of the race – #tcot

freedom21-logo-sm

By Henry Lamb

Super PACs, indeed, polluted the Republican primary elections, and it will get worse during the general election campaign.  The short-term cure for this situation is to require that any public announcement in support or opposition to a candidate be approved publicly by the candidate named, and the cost of the announcement be disclosed by the named candidate.  This will not stop the money flow, but it will slow it down.  And, it will identify the individuals and corporations who are spending the money.  The real solution is the plan originally provided by our Framers in the U.S. Constitution.

The Office of President of the United States should seek the man; the office should not be available for purchase, theft, fraud – or by popular election.  Our Framers saw the potential for corruption in the process of choosing a president.  The method they designed eliminates that corruption and should replace the current system.

Lamb: Agenda 21’s Role in America’s Financial Breakdown – #tppatriots

By Henry Lamb April 30, 2012

For more than 20 years, now, the most powerful word in advertising has been “sustainable.” This term sells everything from toilet paper to spark plugs. This same term is even more powerful when applied to public policies such as: “sustainable” energy; transportation; agriculture; development; housing, and almost every other policy considered by government. When the term “sustainable” is used to sell a product, the product will be more expensive and less efficient than it has to be. When the term “sustainable” is used to sell a public policy, the policy will not only be more expensive and less efficient, it will be controlled by the government, and it will ultimately fail.

Before 1990, the term “sustainable” was rarely heard. Today, the term saturates all media every day. Everyone knows the term; few people know what sustainable development is, or the effect it is having on communities, or the ultimate goal of its proponents, or how it gets into public policy.

Agenda 21 is a document adopted by 179 nations at the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro. Its 40 chapters contain specific recommendations, which, when adopted and implemented by governments, will result in sustainable development, according to its proponents. Since 1993, the federal government has been promoting and funding the implementation of Agenda 21 recommendations throughout the country.

“PC” power is not “sustainable” - #tcot

President Obama’s “all-inclusive” energy policy is anything but!
by MARY KAY BARTON | April 10, 2012
Source: CFACT
President Obama’s mantra du jour for his 2012 campaign speeches is “all-inclusive” energy. Any business touting this version of “all-inclusive” would be prosecuted for false advertising.
When the President says “all-inclusive,” he means politically correct (PC) “green” energy (wind, solar and bio-fuels), and nothing that actually provides reliable, affordable power – especially not hydrocarbons. Another PC buzzword – “sustainable” – is right out of the United Nation’s Agenda 21 Protocol and the President’s goal of “fundamentally transforming” America.
Increasing pain at the pump and plug underscore the reality that Mr. Obama’s energy policies are anything but all-inclusive, and his PC power is anything but sustainable – though they certainly are transforming our country. In fact, if the Keystone XL pipeline's oil were used to generate electricity, it would provide more energy than all existing US wind and solar installations combined.

MARTIN COUNTY REPUBLICAN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RESOLUTION REJECTS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Last night (09Apr2012) the Martin County Republican Executive Committee voted on a Resolution (presented by Mona Leonard, precinct committeewoman) to expose Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. The vote was taken by voice and was overwhelmingly passed. There were NO opposing voices.

Chairwoman Susan Auld was supportive and extremely helpful in presenting this resolution to the members.

09 April 2012

RESOLUTION OF THE MARTIN COUNTY REPUBLICAN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

FOR EXPOSING UNITED NATIONS AGENDA 21

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering and international political subterfuge that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992; and

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “Green” or “Alternative” projects; and

LIES AND DOUBLESPEAK OF AMERICAN PLANNING ASSOCIATION

by Tom DeWeese

And How to Fight Back

I don’t know about you, but when I take on a cause or a project I’m proud of what I do. I support it against all detractors and nay-sayers because I believe in it. So, when proponents of a cause suddenly start to hide what they are doing, or deny they are even doing it – that should set off alarm bells and raise questions about the honesty and legitimacy of that cause. Case in point, when evidence emerged that the Earth was actually cooling instead of heating, the alarmists didn’t miss a beat as they changed the predicted disaster from Global Warming to Climate Change. These are cleaver guys.DeWeese_com_hdr

Such is the case now with the enforcers of Agenda 21 and its policy called Sustainable Development. For the past several years, those imposing this policy have denied its United Nations origins, ignoring the many documents that clearly prove that the very term “sustainable development” can easily be traced back to the 1987 UN report titled, “Our Common Future.” That radical report has been used by the UN as a virtual springboard for a “wrenching transfor- mation” (Al Gore’s words) of human society. The words “sustainable development” are used in nearly every federal, state, and local development plan; on nearly every federal, state, and local government web site; and in nearly every public statement on new development policies. We even had a President’s Council on Sustainable Development, created by an Executive Order of Bill Clinton, with the stated purpose to impose the policies of Agenda 21 into United States law. Many serving on the Council helped write Agenda 21, including John Sawhill of the Nature Conservancy, Jay Hair of the National Wildlife Federation and Michele Perrault, international Vice President of the Sierra Club.

Proposed UN Environmental Constitution For The World Would Establish An Incredibly Repressive System Of Global Governance

Most people have no idea that the United Nations has been drafting an environmental constitution for the world that is intended to supersede all existing national laws.  This document has a working title of "Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development" and you can read the entire thing right here.  Work on this proposed world environmental constitution has been going on since 1995, and the fourth edition was issued to UN member states on September 22nd, 2010.  This document is intended to become a permanent binding treaty and it would establish an incredibly repressive system of global governance.  This "covenant", as it is being called, claims authority over the entire global environment and everything that affects it.  Considering the fact that everything that we do affects the environment in some way, that would mean that this document would become the highest form of law for all human activity.  This proposed UN environmental constitution for the world is incredibly detailed.  The U.S. Constitution only has 7 articles, but the UN document has 79 articles.  If the U.S. eventually ratifies this treaty, any national, state or local laws that conflict with this covenant will be null and void.  This is potentially one of the greatest threats to our national sovereignty that we have ever seen and we need to warn the American people about it.

Essentially what this proposed environmental covenant does is it takes the sustainable development principles underlying Agenda 21 and turns them into global constitutional law.

All parties to this new constitution would be forced to turn their nations into centrally-planned societies where all decisions about everything are evaluated within the framework of sustainable development.

If the United States became a party to this treaty, America would become a paradise for control freaks.  Basic decisions about what you eat, about what you wear, about where you live, about how big a family you can have and about what activities you could engage in on a daily basis would be dictated by the mandates in the global constitution.

If you doubt this, just read the document.

DICED is UN’s Environmental Constitution for the World

- Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh Wednesday, March 21, 2012

I am sure there are many Americans who have no idea nor care what “The Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development” (DICED) is. They should. Some call the Draft Covenant “Agenda 21 on steroids” while others see it as the “Environmental Constitution of global governance.”cfp-banner-because

The first version of the Covenant was presented to the United Nations in 1995 on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. It was hoped that it would become a negotiating document for a global treaty on environmental conservation and sustainabledevelopment.

The fourth version of the Covenant, issued on September 22, 2010, was written to control all development tied to the environment, “the highest form of law for all human activity.’

GOP presidential candidates on Agenda 21 'sustainable development' #tcot

Will 2012 be the year America succumbs to global neo-Marxism?

By Arlen Williams  January 14, 2012  GulagBound

Even those who believe themselves devoted patriots (including devout Christians) may foolishly be enticed by the powers that be, into violating Americans' sacred and essential Popular and national Sovereignties. It has been happening for a long time, now.

People who believe in a Sovereign nation called the United States of America are being duped into not only violating the mandates of our Constitution, but even worse, into nullifying our own Declaration of Independence from the control of foreign, kleptocratic power.

This is the tragedy for us all, laying under the noses of those who foolishly follow the stratagems of those seeking hegemony over us via "global governance" and it's ploy, "sustainable development," a.k.a., "millennium goals," a.k.a., "green growth," as outlined in United Nations' Agenda 21. It is being executed by ICLEI,regional councils, Barack Obama's Executive Order 13575, and in many other ways governmental and paragovernmental, in corporations, finance, the news and entertainment media, and in education.
However, some seem not so fooled.

U.N.'s Agenda 21 is in your community

Editor's note: Listen to this column online.

Anyone who reads Chapter 7 of Agenda 21 and then reads his local comprehensive land-use plan will immediately recognize that most of the provisions of the local land-use plan come directly from Agenda 21. More often than not, the elected officials who adopt these plans have never read Agenda 21, and many have never even heard of the U.N. document, signed by President George H.W. Bush in 1992.

The facilitators and professional planners have heard about Agenda 21, but frequently claim that the plan they are working on has nothing to do with the U.N. or Agenda 21. Don't believe it for one minute.

Gary Lawrence, former director of the Center for Sustainable Communities at the University of Washington, and chief planner for the city of Seattle, told an audience in London:

In the case of the U.S., our local authorities are engaged in planning processes consistent with LA21 [Local Agenda 21], but there is little interest in using the LA21 brand. … So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.

In community after community, the same scenario is repeated. The federal government, through the EPA or the Department of Commerce or the Department of Interior, offers special grants to communities for the purpose of developing a vision for a greener future and a plan to convert the vision into reality.
