Obama Will Soon Declare The Constitution--Unconstitutional!

John Lillpop

Saturday, February 26, 2011

Granted that conservatives are not always the sharpest knives in the drawer.

We right-wingers sometimes have difficulty grasping the deep, elusive logic of intellectual elitists on the left like Barack Obama when it comes to great and serious questions concerning the U.S. Constitution. For example, we find it difficult to understand how it is that man who invented ObamaCare, which has been ruled unconstitutional by two separate courts, feels qualified to unilaterally decide that the Defense of Marriage Act, law of the land for 15 years, is suddenly unconstitutional, thereby freeing himself from the responsibility to defend said law in fulfillment of his Oath of Office.

What next, Mr. President?

According to unreliable sources, it appears that President Obama will make a major announcement that will CHANGE everything in America.

The gist of that announcement: The U.S. Constitution is unconstitutional because women and racial, sexual preference, and religious minorities were all under-represented in 1776. Indeed, without any openly gay men or transgender people involved in the crafting of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, all such documents must be declared null and void.

Other excluded minorities include women, terrorists, and illegal aliens. Without factoring in the wishes and needs of terrorists and illegal aliens how in the world can our democracy function?

The answer, of course, is that it cannot, which is why Obama will soon declare the Constitution itself unconstitutional!

Of course, if Obama really gave a tinker’s dam about the Constitution, He would scrap his outrageous law suit against the state of Arizona for protecting its citizens from invaders.

He would move to scrap ObamaCare, which was rammed down the throats of unwilling Americans with legislative sleight of hands and bribery when the votes were not there to follow the rules.

He would understand that forcing citizens to purchase health care insurance, or face the ravages of the IRS, is barbaric and unconstitutional.

He would understand that the Constitution is very specific when it comes to the eligibility of any person to serve as president.

Thus, he would make every effort to be completely honest and transparent with the American people concerning questions about his own eligibility.

He would understand that the Constitution sets forth provisions for separation of powers, meant to assure that the Executive Branch is accountable to the people through the oversight function performed by Congress.

He would understand that installation of stealth Czars in order to circumvent Congressional oversight is a repudiation of the Constitution.

He would understand that voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party is not acceptable simply because the intimidated are not people of color.

He would understand that actions taken to grant rights reserved for citizens to terrorists are anti-American acts of treason.

He would understand that the Constitution requires the president to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws so as to protect the American people.

He would understand that it is the president’s Constitutional obligation to serve as America’s Commander-in-Chief, which requires him to use war powers prudently to defend the American people, rather than using those powers as political footballs.

Above all else, if he were genuine, President Obama would understand that the will of the people should be the first priority for any political entity wishing to govern, and that that applies to taxes, illegal invasions, health care, terrorists, and all major issues of the day.

The fact is that Barack Obama views the Constitution as an impediment to his Marxist agenda.

He MUST be stopped.

How to Think About the Tea Party

How to Think About the Tea Party

Paul A. Rahe — February 2011 - Commentary (Magazine)

On February 19, 2009, when the finance commentator Rick Santelli indulged in a rant against the newly unveiled "stimulus" bill on the CNBC cable network and called for a demonstration in Chicago modeled on the Boston Tea Party, he fired a shot heard round the country. Santelli's diatribe was focused on the fact that Americans who had played by the rules, had saved much of what they had earned, and had paid their bills on time were being required to bail out fellow citizens who had gotten caught short in purchasing a domicile they could not afford or while speculating in real estate. In the weeks that followed, ordinary citizens spontaneously gathered in towns and cities across the continent to organize Tea Parties in protest against what they took to be an unjust redistribution of wealth from the industrious and the rational to the greedy and improvident.

The mainstream media treated them with contempt, and most Republicans kept their distance. Leading Democrats denounced them as frauds and ignoramuses and sought to brand them as racists. Even when the president of the United States used the obscene epithet "teabaggers" to refer to them, however, the adherents of what was coming to be a full-fledged movement—the Tea Party movement—stood firm. And in the course of the summer of 2009, as Americans began to grow fearful of the scope and intrusiveness of the Obama administration's health-care proposal, that movement's numbers grew. In August 2009, when congressmen and senators held town halls to discuss the proposed bill, ordinary Americans showed up in droves; and, to the evident dismay of their representatives, they bluntly spoke their minds.

The Tea Party and American Foreign Policy | Foreign Affairs

The Tea Party and American Foreign Policy | Foreign Affairs

These are the people who are "guiding" your State Department.

Brigitte Gabriel has the attention of Martin County patriots.

{ j.mcg }

Brigitte Gabriel, president of ACT! for America, Inc, addressed an enthusiastic (overflow) audience Thursday evening in Stuart, FL (at the First Baptist Church of Stuart). Her presentation addressed the topic of radical Islam and its design to create a Muslim state in the United States.  She also shared her insight on the current unrest in the Arab and Middle East states and its relevance to United States foreign policy.

Executive Director of ACT! for America, Guy Rogers, complemented Brigitte’s address with strategies to unite against this threat to our country and an appeal to support ACT!forAmerica.  The website for the organization is www.actforamerica.org.  Local contact for the Martin County chapter is Shona Darress.

This event was a success in every way for the Martin 9/12 TeaParty Committee (imho).  The “house” was packed (over 600), with approximately 100 attendees spill-over into the Fellowship Hall, augmented with closed-circuit feed.  Pastor Darrell Orman seemed to be pleased with the turnout, and he provided a brilliant invocation and introduction.  The audience was enthusiastic and responded generously.  Tea Party volunteers were fantastic!!

The Church had a detail of parishioners who provided the security (which was professional, discrete and very impressive), while our humble volunteer security contingent was happy to defer.  Other Church members served in the background to provide a comfortable and secure venue.

No unpleasant incidents were reported.

Best of all, Brigitte Gabriel and Guy Rogers expressed their satisfaction with the reception, with the facilities and with the response they received from the Treasure Coast audience.

Many thanks to the volunteers from M912TC, local members of ACT! for America and to the Pastor and his crew.

The First Baptist Church of Stuart is to be congratulated for hosting a successful and historic event.

Works and Days » The Rise of the Adolescent Mind

February 24, 2011 - 9:28 am - by Victor Davis Hanson

We live in a therapeutic age, one in which the old tragic view of our ancestors has been replaced by prolonged adolescence. Adolescents hold adult notions of consumption: they understand the comfort of a pricey car; they appreciate the status conveyed by a particular sort of handbag or sunglasses; they sense how outward consumption and refined tastes can translate into popularity and envy; and they appreciate how a slogan or world view can win acceptance among peers without worry over its validity. But they have no adult sense of acquisition, themselves not paying taxes, balancing the family budget, or worrying about household insurance, maintenance, or debt. Theirs is a world view of today or tomorrow, not of next year — or even of next week.

Gabriel: Radical Islam threat to entire world
Speaker says Obama's betrayal of Mubarak could foreshadow other problems in Middle East

"If the Arabs put down their weapons today, there will be peace in the Middle East. If Israelis put down their weapons today, there will no longer be an Israel. The world will see another
 holocaust."
Brigitte Gabriel

....
Brigitte Gabriel, who suffered through civil war in Lebanon as a Christian youth, has become so much of an outspoken critic of radical Islam since Sept. 11, 2001, that she has been labeled a "radical Islamophobe."

Now an author and activist, her ACT! for America (actforamerica. org), which has a chapter in Stuart, calls itself the "nation's largest national security movement." It hopes to mobilize a grasstoos citizens network to "lead to public policies that promote America's national security and the defense of American democratic values against the assault of radical Islam."

Gabriel will speak to the chapter Thursday night in Stuart. She recently emailed answers to a few questions I e-mailed her.

...
Q.
Do you see any similarities as to what occurred in Egypt with what happened in Iran when the Shah was overthrown? What is the most significant difference or similarity?

A.
We see glaring similarities. America betrayed (Egyptian President Hosni) Mubarak, an American ally who stood with America for 30 years.

After Mubarak was out of office, two major things happened in Egypt and none of them was about the revolution or democracy. Imam Al-Qardawi, one of the most notorious radicals who was expelled by the Egyptian government for his radicalism, gave the Friday prayers at Tahrir square and two Iranian ships were allowed to go through the Suez canal on their way to Syria.

Both events ushered in a new era of Islamic radicalism and a weakened America in a very unstable part of the world. Both were done by a democratic American president who betrayed an ally and lacked foreign policy understanding. President (Barack) Obama failed to realize what was taking place and who is going to fill the power vacuum.

He has written on national security affairs and California public policy issues in National Review, the Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, and other national newspapers. He sits on the Independent Working Group on Missile Defense and is a co-author of the recent book Shariah: The Threat to America.

The following is adapted from a speech delivered on January 7, 2011, in the “First Principles on First Fridays” lecture series sponsored by Hillsdale’s Kirby Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship in Washington, D.C.

WE ARE OFTEN TOLD that we possess the most powerful military in the world and that we will face no serious threat for some time to come. We are comforted with three reassurances aimed at deflecting any serious discussion of national security: (1) that Islam is a religion of peace; (2) that we will never go to war with China because our economic interests are intertwined; and (3) that America won the Cold War and Russia is no longer our enemy. But these reassurances are myths, propagated on the right and left alike. We believe them at our peril, because serious threats are already upon us.

Scalise passes amendment to sack czars

Washington, D.C. – An amendment by Congressman Steve Scalise that defunds many of President Obama's radical czars was just approved by the House of Representatives on a roll call vote and attached to the Continuing Resolution (CR).  The CR would fund the government through September and would cut at least $100 billion in federal spending.

"It is time that we end this practice by President Obama of creating a shadow government run by czars with cabinet-level powers who circumvent the accountability and scrutiny that comes with Senate confirmation required by the Constitution," Scalise said.  "Hardworking American families should not be forced to pay millions of dollars to fund these czars who are implementing radical policies under the cloak of darkness rather than going through the open and transparent process that we were promised.  The government should not be running car companies, we should not be regulating the Internet, and we should not have all these czars!"

The CR has been debated throughout the week in the House of Representatives.  In January, Scalise re-introduced the Sunset All Czars Act, H.R. 59, which requires Senate confirmation of czars holding similar authority and power as cabinet officials but who have not undergone the same confirmation process.  The Sunset All Czars Act has 41 cosponsors.

THIS IS A STICK-UP - GIVE ME YOUR PROPERTY

THIS IS A STICK-UP, GIVE ME YOUR PROPERTY

HAPPENING RIGHT NOW IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY

Sustainable development defined by property owners who have lost their land:

Property owners in the United States who have come face to face with "sustainable development" would define it simply as, "This is a stick-up, give me your property!"

Hundreds of thousands of ranchers, farmers, loggers, foresters, miners, fishermen, builders, developers, and other property owners are losing the right to use their property because of juggernaut environmental-government regulations; local, state, federal or international - or all of these combined.

These regulations include: the Endangered Species Act, Wetland Regulations, and laws governing use of air, water, land, and sea. There are also countless international UN treaties controlling and regulating the use of private property.

Property owners are finding out - because of an endangered species being discovered on their land, or that their land iss being declared a wetland - they are no longer able to use it, develop it, build on it, or even water it. They can hang on to it and pay the property taxes, or sell it at rock-bottom prices, because land that cannot be used has little economic value. Of course, the only people willing to buy the land are the Nature Conservancy or other environmental agencies, which in turn sell the land to the federal government. Often property owners not only lose their property but are put in jail and pay enormous fines for the violation of some obscure environmental regulation or law.

Doctors Helping Teacher Protesters Lie about Being 'Sick'

2-19-2011

MediaTrackers is on the scene for today’s protests in Madison. They captured this doctor on video signing ’sick’ forms for union members skipping work.

As you know, hundreds of schools across the state have been forced closed because teachers have called in ’sick.’

Yet another good lesson to be teaching the next generation.

YEAH!! Another Chance To Get Rid of Alcee Hastings!!

Dear Friends,

After 3 months of reflection and heavy meditation, I filed this morning with the Bureau of Elections in Tallahassee as a candidate for US Congress for District 23 FL for 2012.

Friends, I also thank you for all the support you gave me last year, I am praying and hoping for the same in 2012.

I know for sure we can achieve VICTORY next year.  2012 will be a very interesting Year !

It's Multicultural, Stupid

It's Multicultural, Stupid
September 18, 2009

The attack on America on Sept. 11 set off alarms everywhere. We were shocked to discover that few Foreign Service officers were fluent in Arabic or Farsi, the dominant languages of the Middle East. We didn't know much about Islam. Children grew up on the engrossing and romantic "Tales of the Arabian Nights," but few parents thought much about the implications of women portrayed in veils and harems, as the property of men.

College students grooved on "The Rubaiyat" by Omar Khayyam, the medieval Persian poet and philosopher, whose poetry was tailored to Western sensibility by the 19th century English translator Edward FitzGerald in "A Jug of Wine, a Loaf of Bread -- and Thou." There's a small park on Embassy Row in Washington dedicated to the poem. The popular culture glibly entertained us with tales of flying carpets and genies popping out of magic bottles, and serious study of Islamic history and culture was grossly neglected.

GUN OWNERS--FLORIDA CARRY LEGISLATIVE ALERT

SB 234 - FL Senate Committee on Criminal Justice Hearing scheduled for 2/22/11

SB 234 is on the agenda of the FL Senate Committee on Criminal Justice on Tuesday, February 22nd at 9:00am.

Florida Carry, Inc. urgently requests that you email the members of the committee in support of Senate Bill 234.

This NRA-authored bill comprises several separate initiatives. These include:

the option for CWFL holders to carry openly;

a provision to authorize carry at career centers, colleges, and universities;

the right to store a firearm in one's vehicle wherever it may be lawfully parked;

the authorization for the Department of Agriculture to take fingerprints; and

the repeal of Florida’s ban on long gun purchases in most other states.

Quite simply put, this is the most comprehensive carry rights bill since shall-issue concealed carry was passed twenty-four years ago. Florida is one of only seven states where open carry of firearms is generally forbidden, excepting under certain circumstances.

Freedom to Drill Act – Intrastate Mining Act

A bill to amend the Code of Louisiana by adding thereto a new article, relating to creating the Freedom to Drill Act – Intrastate Mining Act; establishing that the environmental regulation of oil, natural gas, and other minerals mined or extracted within the borders of the state is exclusively regulated by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources; stating the legislative authority; and defining terms.

Findings: Mining of oil, natural gas, and other minerals falls outside the definition of ‘commerce’ as understood by the Framers and Ratifiers of the United States Constitution, defined as ‘Traffick, Trade or Merchandise in Buying and Selling of Goods.’ (Giles Jacob, A New Law-Dictionary (8th ed. 1762), quoted in Robert G. Natelson, “The Legal Meaning of ‘Commerce’ in the Commerce Clause.” St. John’s Law Review 80 (October 28, 2006): 789-848. http://www.umt.edu/law/faculty/natelson/articles/Commerce%20Clause.pdf .) Therefore, neither the U.S. Congress nor any other branch or department of the U.S. government have any power to regulate mining in Louisiana or any other state under color of authority of the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Agenda 21 - Sustainable Development - Connecting the Dots

If you think Agenda 21 is just a conspiracy theory, I assure you it is not. I, too, once thought this was too incredible to believe and dismissed it as conspiracy theory. but it kept coming to me in different ways; i.e. folks who had attended local government meetings on land use, local commissioners for planning and zoning confronted with a so-called consensus of the community that threatened private property, and many other ways.

That is why I have dedicated the past six months to researching the United Nations policies in Agenda 21 that have been adopted by every level of government in our nation.  The information I am providing you is the result of my extensive research to connect the dots to what is happening in my own community.

What Reagan Meant

by Bruce Walker

03 February 2011Ronald Reagan

On February 6, 1911, one century ago, Ronald Reagan was born. Seven years ago, when Reagan died, millions of Americans waited for hours to share a brief moment with this greatest of Americans. Mourning dead presidents is not unusual: JFK, FDR, and Lincoln all had lavish funerals. Mourning dead presidents who left office fifteen years earlier and who had been out of public life for nearly that long was simply unprecedented, not only in our national life but in the life of any modern nation. Reagan was great in a way that transcends our notions of greatness. Why?

Reagan, while grasping all the odium of modern Leftism, still grasped a happy future too. The greatest power of the Left is the infection of inspiration and the hobbling of hope. Reagan did not overcome that with irrational optimism. He took the long view of human history and blended that perspective with the miracle of America. Reagan understood what the myopic professors and pundits in our land never have: the imperfections of America are trivial compared with the magnificent flowering of human liberty which is our spirit, and the exposure of our peccadilloes before the rest of mankind does not reflect American sin but American sublimity. Smug Europeans were not too wise to be fooled by our land but too foolish to grasp our greatness.
