• Drug dealer, alleged child molester, and convicted perjurer, forger and Indiana Speedway Bomber (who is also believed to have played a role in the assassination of a grandmother), Brett Kimberlin spent 17 years in prison before his ultimate re-absorption into American society

• Along with his associate, Kimberlin also started an organization called “Velvet Revolution” that supports the Occupy movement
• JTM’s goal is to use music to foster “social justice” and fight Republican “voter fraud” (like the kind George Bush allegedly used to “steal” the Florida election)
• Any blogger — conservative and liberal alike — who has written the truth about Kimberlin has come under vicious attack by either Kimberlin or his minions, suffering death threats (veiled and unveiled), multiple lawsuits, loss of jobs and worse
• He has filed over 100 frivolous lawsuits against anything that isn’t nailed down and somehow is being allowed to continue unchecked

Excessive criminal laws trap small business owner.

How much danger does the federal government’s unprincipled, out-of-control body of criminal law pose to, say, the average American small-business person?  Well, suppose you were a small-business owner, and for twelve years both U.S. Customs and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had been inspecting the shipments of seafood you were importing to sell to U.S. restaurant distributors.  Suppose that for the entirety of those twelve years you had always packaged your shipments using plastic bags rather than cardboard boxes.  Suppose that there is no U.S. law requiring you to use anything other than plastic.

Florida is a peninsula surrounded by water on the East, South, and West and on the North by states with mandatory e-verify laws. It is expected as illegal aliens self-deport from the states banning modern day slavery they will migrate to Florida. Corrupt illegal employers like Alico, Inc, run by Senate Budget Chair JD Alexander, chosen by U.S. Senate hopeful Mike Haridopolos, will gladly welcome more illegal aliens to the nearly 1 million in the state currently. Illegal employers use to own them, with all the upkeep of housing and feeding, and now they only have to rent them.

Loathe to shed the slave employment mentality, the companies employing illegal aliens by their very actions spit and walk on the legal workers of Florida. Floridians are left to educate, medicate and incarcerate the illegal aliens who create the chaos and anarchy in the state currently costing Floridian taxpayers nearly $5.5 Billion annually and over $25 Billion in the last decade.

Floridians need to brace themselves for evermore illegal alien costs as Florida remains the job magnet in the south-east part of the United States. The figure of 1 million unemployed legal workers and over 600,000 employed illegal aliens will surely rise in both numbers.

Who is to blame? Look no further than the Florida State Legislature. Every state immigration law proposed has been blocked from passage for years with the Republicans in charge. Understand Democrats would do no better if in charge.

Begin with Senate President Mike Haridopolos. He promised there would be legislation dealing with mandatory e-verify and he delivered twice.

His company, Soros Fund Management, controls at least another $25 billion in investor assets. Since 1979, Soros's foundation network -- whose flagship is the Open Society Institute (OSI) -- has dispensed more than $5 billion to a multitude of organizations whose objectives are consistent with those of Soros. • The NAACP and its Legal Defense and Educational Fund uses "litigation, advocacy, and public education" to promote "structural changes" and "achieve racial justice in the United States"
• The National Council of La Raza charges that "discrimination severely limits the economic and social opportunities available to Hispanic Americans."

Death Wish

Two stories came out last week, two stories that paint a very, very ugly picture about the Obama administration and its notions of "border security."

The first: a report by an ATF agent that he was assigned to track stolen guns -- and when given the chance to seize them, was ordered to allow the guns to "walk" and continue right into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. The theory, he was told, was that the intelligence gained by following the guns and the trail of possession they passed through was more valuable than the risks of letting those guns get into the hands of the cartels.

The second: a report on the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry last December. Terry was part of a patrol along the Mexican border when they were confronted by Mexican drug cartel gunners. The Border Patrol agents were, on the specific orders of their superiors, armed with non-lethal weapons, and opened fire with shotguns firing beanbags. The Mexicans responded with real guns -- and Agent Terry was killed.
