Why the Worldwide Left Is So Opposed to Donald Trump

Rush Limbaugh has finally said the words...
We who have been listening to Rush Lumbaugh through the years have known that his dialog often describes the threats from the Left in such general terms that it is impossible to convict Rush of rash, unfounded accusations. This week, however, he has been building up to a crescendo that resounded on Thursday to expose the true nature of the threat to our Republic from Transnationalism. On that occasion, he used the words of a speech by John Fonte to expose the "big picture" workings of both foreign influencers and domestic activists toward the destruction of Constitutional government in the United States.
Rush then explains that he believes that President Trump is well aware of these existential threats and his every move is designed to slow or halt their progress against your national interest. If you take the time to read the entire transcript, you will reach the part where Rush explains that the Left's twisted accusations against Trump's "nationalism" are designed to obscure the real nature of this Administation's struggle to regain the sovereignty that has already been eroded by the Transnationalists. - ed.

Steve Bannon Picks a Side in Pennsylvania Governor’s Race – The Morning Call

Steve Bannon picks a side in Pennsylvania governor's race

Sept. 26, 2017 by MARC LEVY of the Associated Press

HARRISBURG — President Donald Trump hasn't endorsed a candidate in Pennsylvania's gubernatorial election next year, but Scott Wagner might have something close to it: Steve Bannon's stamp of approval.
Bannon, the divisive ex-Trump strategist, urged a conservative gathering at a St. Louis hotel on Sunday to support the Republican state senator from York County.
Conservatives could start “taking” the country back in Tuesday's U.S. Senate GOP primary in Alabama, where Bannon and Trump campaigned for different candidates, and “when Scott Wagner runs in Pennsylvania,” Bannon told the gathering.
Wagner, a Trump supporter who runs the municipal waste-hauling company he founded, spoke right before Bannon at the gathering and criticized not only Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf but also his fellow Republican lawmakers.
Harrisburg, he said, is a “real swamp.”
Wagner told the crowd that his two-hour trip flying to St. Louis with Bannon left him “500 percent more emboldened.”
“Tomorrow in Pennsylvania the gloves are coming off and the message is, `The hardworking Pennsylvanians, you're being shafted by the corruption in Harrisburg, OK?“’ Wagner said. “Career politicians, Democrat and Republican. But I now see firsthand serving in the Senate. We now have a veto-proof majority, we went to 34. I watched Republican leaders giving our governor a free pass, and you know what? Enough is enough.”
What Wagner was talking about, Bannon told the crowd, was not about beating just Democrats but also the Republican establishment.

“The first thing we've got to get through is a corrupt and incompetent Republican establishment,” Bannon told the crowd to cheers.
Republicans in Congress have failed to support Trump's “populist, nationalist, conservative” message and ideas, Bannon said.
About 400 people were at the rally hosted by Phyllis Schlafly Eagles, a spinoff of the conservative think tank Eagle Forum, which Schlafly founded and led until her death last year.
Former health care consultant Paul Mango, of suburban Pittsburgh, also is seeking the GOP nomination to challenge Wolf's bid for a second term next year. Meanwhile, lawyer Laura Ellsworth, of suburban Pittsburgh, has said she is seriously considering running and is expected to announce a decision around the end of September. House Speaker Mike Turzai, R-Allegheny, has been silent about his plans to run.
Wagner said Bannon asked him a lot of questions on their flight together to St. Louis, which Wagner chartered from Baltimore. Primarily, he said, Bannon peppered him with questions about why he is running and about Pennsylvania, his campaign and his message.
“So, he said, `Pennsylvania taxpayers are getting the shaft by cronyism and special interest groups,“’ Wagner said.

Buyer Beware: School Choice and Voucher Programs Require Alignment With Common Core

Buyer Beware: School Choice and Voucher Programs Require Alignment With Common Core

The Glenn Beck Program Posted on Friday, Jun 9, 2017

Republicans are selling a false bill of goods when it comes to providing parents choices to escape Common Core and public education. Shannon Joy, host of The Shannon Joy Show and an expert on Common Core, joined The Glenn Beck Program on Friday to speak frankly on the matter.

“Republicans now are putting forth a false solution. They’re coming out — Donald Trump, Betsy Devos, some of our favorite conservative Republicans — I don’t know if they quite understand the nuance of this, but they’re pitching to conservatives the idea of school choice vouchers and charters as a solution when that is not the case. In every piece of legislation and every state, including Texas which voted it down just recently because of this, every voucher program, every choice program requires that the user of that voucher or that choice education institution must be aligned with the federal standards. Those standards are Common Core,” Joy said.

Mike Opelka, filling in for Glenn on radio, asked what parents need to know.

“I think we need to arm parents with information. If they’re willing to go into battle against Common Core, we need to give them the ammunition. So what are the one or two things you as a parent can say when you’re up there questioning these folks on Common Core?” Opelka asked.

Joy pointed out that education planners on the right and the left try to distract parents with the notion of students needing standards — but that isn’t the issue. “Every parent wants a school to have high standards. That’s obvious. The question isn’t the standards, it’s the curriculum,” Joy said.

The Founding Fathers insisted that each man should be considered as owning himself, and not be viewed as the property of the state.

The Crisis of the American Idea

by (Senator)

We face great challenges at this moment in history. We face cyber threats. We face a resurgent Russia under Vladimir Putin. We face a jihadi threat. We face the growing threat of nonstate actors, who now can carry out massive attacks and are as able to play on the global stage as state actors. We face the exploding costs of our entitlement programs.
All these challenges are acute, but another dangerous trend is attracting less notice: The crisis of confidence in, and the growing unawareness of, the American idea.
What is the American idea? The American Founding made the bold claim that most peoples and most governments in the history of the world had been wrong about the nature of power and the nature of freedom. Sure, there were moments in history when certain city-states advanced some conception of liberty, but most people in human history said that might makes right: If you have a monopoly on power, you can do what you want. Everyone else in those societies was not a citizen but a dependent subject. If you lived in such a society, you needed the king to give you rights. The passive assumption was prohibition. The passive assumption was that if I want to start a business, I need a charter because it is illegal to run that business unless the king has sanctioned it. Therefore, I go and supplicate before the king in his court, and he decides whether to give me the right to start that business.
Today we would say that is bizarre. The voluntary transaction between two people is the very nature of freedom. The American Founders saw that denying people their freedom is fundamentally wrong because it does not comport with the dignity of people who are created in the image of God. People have been endowed with certain inalienable rights. God gives us those rights; government does not.
Government is merely a tool. It provides a framework for ordered liberty so that free people can live fully flowering lives.
This is why Ronald Reagan said that the American Founders “brought about the only true revolution that has ever taken place in man’s history.” Previous revolutions “simply exchanged one set of rulers for another set of rulers,” Reagan said. But America’s Founders did something different: They developed and fought for “the idea that you and I have within ourselves the God-given right and the ability to determine our own destiny.”

PROPERTY RIGHTS COUNCILS: ADDING A STAKEHOLDER TO THE SOVIET BREW #tcot

By Michael Shaw

March 12, 2012
NewsWithViews.com

Recently, several have called for the municipal creation of Property Rights Councils (PRC). The argument is that government officials need input for this “special interest.” Paul Coble of Wake County, North Carolina argued for the establishment of a property right council there because he says, “I cannot rely on the Commissioners being prepared or equipped with constitutional knowledge.”

You mean to say that people are elected to office not understanding their oaths of office to the Constitution! Who is voting for these people? Perhaps that is where the problem lies.Benjamin Franklin told us in 1787: “You have a republic if you can keep it.” We have not kept it. Children are not taught that America is a republic. Most adults think America is a democracy.

Don’t Let Republicans Fool You – Tenth Amendment Center

Don’t Let Republicans Fool You – Tenth Amendment Center

People often express their confusion at why others, who are obviously Party “believers”, are committed to tea party principles and are ready to struggle with the established Republican hierarchy. This article goes a long way toward explaining the rift. Those who were in charge when the government took its slide toward socialism are naturally suspected by the grassroots as responsible in every way. By default or by design, their lack of principles has betrayed the Constitution of the United States.

The Ultimate Authority . . . Resides in the People Alone: The People and the Constitution

The Ultimate Authority . . . Resides in the People Alone: The People and the Constitution
When Ronald Reagan proclaimed in his first inaugural “We are a nation that has a government—not the other way around,” he was not taking off on some libertarian tangent or making an obscure philosophical point. He was following in the footsteps of the Founding Fathers who erected a frame of government that began with the words “We the People.” He was also trying to return government to its important but limited role in people’s lives—a role that both political leaders and the people understood until 1912 but has been mostly misunderstood and abandoned since then. At Philadelphia in 1787, the Framers of the Constitution created a national government that would be effective—even energetic—in its functions but also limited to those functions. The people were to be the ultimate guardians of both the effectiveness and limitations of government. The only way such a republic—unprecedented in modern history—could work would be if the people acted as a vigilant and constitutionally-minded sovereign jealous of their rights.

Why is America Exceptional?

Why is America Exceptional? | The Heritage Foundation

Every time I heard Bill O'Reilly say that "America is exceptional because we are a 'good' and ‘generous’ people," I just wanted to scream at the television.

If someone with O'Reilly's stature in the political discourse is confused about American Exceptionalism, what hope do we have to educate our grassroots activists on what it's going to take to recapture our government back from the Progressives? Why would someone like him just assume he knows the definition of American Exceptionalism while merely reciting why he thinks America is exceptional? Doesn't he realize that the two-word phrase has earned its place in our history as a national identity, and not just a juncture of ordinary words?

Well, I thought I would do some research to see if there was an easily understood explanation of American Exceptionalism to offer people who were interested in refreshing their knowledge about why and how our Constitutional Republic is worth restoring. I didn't have to look far, as The Heritage Foundation has a brief paper that nails it better than I ever could.

Please READ and Understand American Exceptionalism now.
